DESCRIPTION

This shows the T1 after registration to the FLAIR. Now we have all 3 images in the same position (FLAIR, T1, DTI).[br] ;T1 coregistered with FLAIR ;This shows the DTI mask obtained from the DTI masking step. ;DTI mask ;This shows the DTI tensor after resampling into the same orientation as the FLAIR. ;DTI coregistered to FLAIR ;This shows the original position of T1 and DTI before registration. DTI baseline in cyan color for better distinction. We will align the DTI baseline to the T2 and then apply the trasform to the tensor image. We also register the T1 to the T2 without resampling. ;Start: unregistered DTI baseline and T1 ;this shows the DTI_baseline after being aligned to the FLAIR image. Fade between images to examine residual misalignment.
