This shows the result of affine only registration using ROI masks. The two images are roughly aligned, with some residual misregistration. Note that this visualization of the affine portion is accomplished by dragging the volumes (MRI and MRI_mask) inside the registration transform (Xf1) ;Affine Registered ;Scene at MRML file save point ;Master Scene View ;This shows the original (unregistered) CT (green) and MRI (magenta) images acquired during and before intevrention, respectively. We will register the MRI to the CT in 2 stages of affine and then BSpline transforms. ;Intra-operative CT to pre-op MRI ;Scene at MRML file save point ;Slicer Data Bundle Scene View ;This shows the outcome of the nonrigid BSpline registration. Note that the most recent Slicer addition/version (4.3.1) now supports direct visualization of nonirigid (BSpline) transforms, i.e. we no longer need to resample the volume, but instead simply drag the entire struct (including the Affine transform) onto the BSpline transform node.
