Scene at MRML file save point ;Slicer Data Bundle Scene View ;Scene at MRML file save point ;Master Scene View ;this shows the unregistered mCT scans of the original (fresh sample) and after tissue was fixed and stained, which causes distortions and radically alters appearance. We will register with a sequence of affine and BSpline transforms. ;RegLib C50: Mouse Brain mCT ;This shows results of a 2-step registration, where first an affine alignment is sought between the two images, and this transform is then used as a starting point for a subsequent non-rigid (BSpline) alignment. Note that some residual misalignment in the posterior remains.
